Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. ExpressTransCargo shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any third-party service provider. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping documentation is accurate. Additional charges, including customs duties or taxes, may apply depending on the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the client.
Payments and Fees
All services provided by ExpressTransCargo must be paid for in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes or fees unless explicitly stated. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services. We reserve the right to update our prices or fees at any time without prior notice.
Cargo Liability
ExpressTransCargo exercises due care in handling your shipments. However, our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited in accordance with international freight forwarding standards unless otherwise agreed through a separate written contract or insurance arrangement. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase insurance coverage for valuable or sensitive shipments.
Customs Clearance
Customs clearance procedures are subject to the rules and regulations of the destination country. ExpressTransCargo facilitates customs documentation but cannot guarantee the outcome or duration of the clearance process. Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information for customs purposes. Any fines or penalties arising due to false declarations will be passed on to the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, branding, text, and images, is the intellectual property of ExpressTransCargo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of this content without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
