Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and clients.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays.
Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
Educational Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in logistics or freight forwarding.
Experience with cargo documentation and tracking systems.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
ZMW 12,000 – 16,000/month (based on experience)
